ABOUT MYSELF

Hi, I'm Maru—a 22-year-old IT specialist from the Philippines. I began my professional journey in 2023 with a small company, where I gained hands-on experience and discovered my passion for tech. Since then, I’ve continued to grow—both through self-learning and the support of the companies I’ve worked with.

 

As a freelancer and virtual assistant, I’m excited about every opportunity to collaborate. I bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help businesses grow—while continuing to grow alongside them.

 

I was trained to use HighLevel to build websites and landing pages for credit repair businesses in the U.S. It was challenging at first—I doubted myself and worried my work wouldn’t measure up. But I stayed committed, gave it my all, and was proud of what I achieved. Each project became a learning experience, helping me sharpen my skills and gain confidence.

 

I also applied my Canva design skills to create clean, engaging visuals that brought each page to life. Along the way, I learned to manage domains using GoDaddy, our preferred DNS provider, and explored other useful tools like Funnelish to prepare for future projects.

 

As an independent freelancer, I'm always ready to learn something new. One mindset that guides me is: "Grow through what you go through." I believe growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones. I was nervous when I first started freelancing—afraid of failing or letting clients down—but with dedication and persistence, I proved to myself that I could deliver results.

 

Now, I'm more confident than ever in my ability to contribute, adapt, and keep growing—with every client, every challenge, and every success.​​​
